Marylin, After Warhol

Recently, Satch found some vintage half-tone ortho litho film negatives.  One was the same photograph that Warhol used in making his iconic Marylin Monroe silkscreen print.  I couldn’t resist, so I scanned the negative and made, via Photoshop, my own Marylin, after Warhol.  I might experiment with color shifts and come up with a series… I’m not sure yet.  I can print this up to 28″x28.”  That might be fun!  (Click on the image to enlarge.)
