Still Life

I’ve been looking at this still life for a long long time.  Finally, I photographed it in a way that appealed to me.

Artomobilia – Carmel, Indiana August 25, 2012

Artomobilia is always a big deal in Carmel.  Today was no exception.  I got there early to take some hipstamatic photographs before the crowd showed up, and they were showing up early, maybe to beat the heat. It’s always great

Sky, April 17, 2012

I photographed this extraordinary sky on the evening of April 17, 2012.  There was an unusual spirituality connected with this sky.  It felt calming and reassuring of a future promise.  The grandeur and unpredictability of nature was on full display.
