Old Structure, Troy, Perry County, 1995

Soon to disappear, this building located on Main Street, appears to be an original structure from a feed store operation. Unfortunately, in many cases, the economy of many small towns cannot support the restoration of original buildings. It was not unusual to see old buildings that had been left in disrepair demolished only to leave a vacant lot causing the town to lose a part of its history, spirit and character.
